How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-8 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every US order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How do I use the satin heatless curler?
Start with slightly damp or dry hair. Section your hair and wrap each section around the rod, secure the ends, then sleep or wait 6-8 hours, or until your hair is fully dry. Unwrap gently and style with your fingers.
Will it work on short or thick hair?
The curler works on many hair types and lengths. Results vary with length, texture and drying time. Longer hair usually gives more defined waves.
