Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, or in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@dewgleam.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without approval may not be processed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the cost or send a replacement, at your choice.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different color, contact us and we will help with an exchange based on availability.

Items that cannot be returned

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days cannot be refunded.
