Where we ship

Dewgleam currently ships to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every US order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 4-8 business days after your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods, weather events or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show updates after the label is created.

Multiple packages

Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@dewgleam.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days or your order has not arrived within 12 business days, contact us and we will help resolve it.
